Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "You") and Dynasty DataForge (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Purpose & Nature of the Platform

The Platform provides deterministic dynasty fantasy football analytics, including projections, matchup simulations, VORP calculations, trade impact assessments, and newsletter artifacts. All outputs are informational only and not guaranteed for accuracy, completeness, or future performance.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind any league or entity on whose behalf you use the Platform.

3. Accounts & Access

Access may require an email-based magic link or commissioner authorization. You are responsible for safeguarding access links and not reusing expired tokens. We may revoke or throttle access to preserve platform integrity or enforce quotas.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for managing or analyzing fantasy leagues you lawfully participate in.

5. Acceptable Use

No automated scraping beyond documented endpoints or provided exports.
No circumvention of usage quotas or plan restrictions.
No reselling of projections, simulations, artifacts, or derivative summaries without express permission.
No injection of malicious payloads, unauthorized data sources, or attempts to compromise determinism.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, models, compiled artifacts, branding, and derivative analytics are owned by or licensed to us. You retain any rights in original content you submit (e.g., custom notes) but grant us a license to process it for platform functionality.

7. Third-Party Data & Dependencies

Inputs (e.g., Sleeper league data, projections, market signals) may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes in third-party sources.

8. Beta / Experimental Features

Certain features may be flagged as experimental or non-production. They may produce volatile outputs or be withdrawn without notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANALYTICS, PROJECTIONS, OR SIMULATIONS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE OUTCOMES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, DATA LOSS, GOODWILL, OR LEAGUE OUTCOMES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $25.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from claims arising out of (a) misuse, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) infringement arising from your inputs or exports.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) for suspected abuse, quota evasion, security risk, or regulatory requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately; sections intended to survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation, indemnity) shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or product reasons. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material revisions will carry an updated date or version indicator.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state or jurisdiction of principal platform operation, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15. Severability

If any provision is held invalid the remaining provisions remain in effect.
